Terrible customer service!

I purchased a genuine leather nappy bag from crimson and c***** in June 2022. It's a beautiful bag and I love it!

The website says 1 year warranty on the bag. The stitches on the top of the bag have started to open and the support rod is sticking out.

I have sent numerous emails and messages to the company to assist me but have not heard back from anyone.
