Bad service and communication from Crimson & C*****

I have ordered a leather diaper bag from Crimson & C***** on the 9th of June, I haven't received the bag. Communication from Crimson & C***** os almost non existing. They do not respond to messages, and when they do respond to enquiries about your order the answer is that they did send an update the previous day, that I didn't received once. Marusckha also doesn't take phone calls at all, as the number on the website is only for whatsapps use.

My order was cancelled and I received an email that they refunded me, that would take 7-10 days. I did not received the refund and Marusckha also didn't respond to messages again.

I did receive my money back in three portions after informing het that I was at SAPD to open a ***** case and the ASPD attempting to contact her without any success.

I also find it strange that clients are not able to write reviews on their facebook page or web page, and also that the facebook page disappeared for a few days.
