Most horrible mistake I have done to rent a vehicle from this company, at first they took over 40 days to refund me my deposit as I have to MAKE countless calls to claim my refund and the second time the vehicle that was allocated to me was not in a condition to be on the road, the tires were smooth, faulty engine functionality and the music system was faulty. I will never recommend anyone to use CRIDDE and CITY CAR RENTALS. The cars are not in a condition to be on the road and service hell. If the was a negative rating this particular company deserves one.
