DO NOT JOIN CRIDDE!!!

Car Owner: If there was a way to select 0 stars, I would. When you are available to rent out your car to their renters, it's all nice and great. Wait until you have a problem, number 1 you will struggle to get hold of them and number 2 they will not help you. They will exclude themselves from the equation. This is what happened. I received a speeding ticket for one of the renters. The first I received it, I couldn't trace who had been using my car and they said they can't help me cause I had deleted the app, I felt like they had cheated me in my pay out somehow. Back to present, I rejoined again, desperation. Another renter received a speeding ticket, this time around I had all the information, even the renter's ID number. I forwarded them everything as they had requested. They told me they can't locate my portfolio as it has been deleted, I explained to them it must be their system cause I know very well I did not delete it. I asked them if they can't trace the rental using the renter's details that I have provided, they said they would do that and allocate the fine to the renter and pay me the money. They said they would send an email once everything is done. That was a month ago. I've been trying to call with no luck, you'd swear they have blocked my numbers or something. I have not received an email from them , nothing. Mind you this is a speed ticket for R1 200. I spoke to the renter who told me that they have not yet returned his deposit, they told him they first need to settle any of his speed ticket if he has any before refunding him the deposit. 2 months later, they have not settled the ticket and they have not refunded the renter of his deposit. If you were thinking of trying out cridde, DO NOT! You are right to be skeptical. They are a bunch of ********s. They are ********* and ****s. Do not join Cridde as a car owner and do not join as a renter. Imagine if they are like this with just a ticket fine. What will they do when you need to put in a claim cause the renter has had an accident with your car, you will be liable to fix that car alone cause you will not get a dime from them I promise you.
