BEWARE OF ANYTHING CRICUT - SOME MACHINES CAN'T BE FIXED AFTER 1 YEAR WARRANTY EXPIRES

2 weeks ago I bought a 2nd hand Cricut Joy from a lady (machine not 2 years old). She didn't use it anymore and decided to sell it. It worked fine, but after the 3rd card I made, the 1 small rubber that is extremely crucial for the make of ANYTHING on the machine, as it moves the material, started to perish.As rubber does after not being used for a time. I contacted Cricut to ask them where I can take the machine to have the rubbers replaced. The answer - IT CANNOT BE REPLACED...What the freaking hell????? The machine is almost R4000, some places even ask more, and a stupid 1cm rubber, CANNOT BE REPLACED, which makes the whole machine worthless and I must throw it away??? This is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!! They point blank refuse to assist any further. I bought the machine for R2200, to make 3 cards, and now it's useless.
