After Sales assistance

I bought a Cricut unite to cut vinyl, however, i have experience that the Cricut unit does not align properly with the picture to be cut out, i calibrated in accordance with the manufacturer requirements and still no success.

i thought it could be maybe the computer, i reloaded the program and perform this step 3 time and still no success, i the proceeded to contact Cricut for assistance, and no assistance were provided.

i have a subscription to use the program which is coting me every time i use it, and still no one can assist.

I was prompted via an automated unit to follow some steps, which i did, and at the end of the test, still no assistance nor does there website provide further assistance, contacting them is non existing.
