Bad products and no customer service

I have yet to buy Crickley milk or cream that is not sour. This is not a recent thing, it has been regularly. I am tired of throwing away product bought or returning to stores for a refund or swop. I messaged Crickley Diary and just get an automated messaged saying someone will call me during the day and nothing. Previously exactly the same happened. Surely there has to be some sort of quality control with products like dairy. Will never buy Crickley Dairy products again
