CEO Clinton Halse threatens client

CEO Clinton Halse also doesn't provide good service to clients. Now I understand why the workers are permanently under thr influence of alcohol. They have to work 16 hours a day. Not sure who was responsible for the electrical work at 178 Albert street. Nearly shocked myself to death touching an appliance just to find out touching any metal part of appliances shocks you. It took a month to fix the gate motor. Surely buying a new motor was going to be less of a hassle. I don't believe a gate being left open over night is safe and chances of cars being broken in to and ****** is so much higher. Now apparently I am the only one who complained about the gate, clearly the tenant in the unit next to me did not provide him with his opipion on the gate. For this reason I found another unit, CEO Clinton Halse threatened that he wil phone my employers to inform them of my alleged drug abuse. Defamation of charecter I tell you. Any excuse not to pay me back my deposit. Due to my line of work the safety of my laptop is of utmost importance. They do not deliver the service being adverised, be aware. I am going viral with the way CEO better known as **** Executive Officer Clinton Halse conducts business. I am taking legal action, logging a complaint with the NCC and the Rental Tribunal. Disgusting way of treating guests. I even got locked out one night after they got a chain and lock for the gate when I complained. The guy who is always drunk looked at me and walked away without unlocking the gate. The laundry service they suggested as they get special pricing left some womens training pants beween my cloths and as a result my girlfriend got upset thinking I had another girl over. Rubish are being dumped under the trees at the back. My suggestion is rather support other business's in the area that treats clients with respect.
