Begging for a receipt...

The staff were very helpful and welcoming when I stayed at the hotel... But... Later on I needed a receipt for a work claim and the office could not send me anything. I phoned several times and was told it would be sent or that it was sent, but nothing was received. Can this really be 5*??!!
