Waste of Money and Time

3k later my pool is still like a swamp thanks to Mark. Another 6.5k paid and no response thereafter for a replacement filter that was never installed. Since the 24th of last month I’ve been waiting for my refund and all I get is excuses from this company. It’s a **** don’t waste your hard earned money. Google and fix it yourself. Utterly disappointed and disrespected by this company.
