Pathetic Accommodation that cancels booking 2 hours before Check-in

I would rate this place minus 50 stars if I could.I fail to understand why I had booked and paid for this accommodation, I am now already in Midrand- and TWO hours before check-in my booking is cancelled???? What pathetic and unprofessional service, clearly just a way to make money- because now im stuck here, with my money paid for accommodation yet no place to stay. Great job- wonder how I should tell my kids who were so excited
