Bad service from the doctor
My experience at this place is not good , the doctor never gave me a reason as to why I m hospitalised for many days while I am no longer in pain . When I ask about my tests results the answer is very vague and this is very frustrating . At this point I think Tshilidzini would be a better option rather than spending my money thinking it will be a better service, but get exactly what I’d get for free. On top of it all they are keeping me here for more days than the authorised days which they have received from the medical aid. I do not know where they will get the money for the other days Everyone experience is different, this is mine and it is not good

Worse admission experience ever
Worst hospital experience ever the admin staff delayed my admission for hours despite authorisation, showing rude and dismissive attitude. Their negligence caused unnecessary suffering and I cannot recommend this hospital.
