Terrible customer service at Cresta Switched On repair shop

Worst experience of my day. 20 minutes ended up as 2 hours. Selling me a product they don't have in store and lying about the delay to buy time while sourcing it elsewhere. While waiting, a very angry customer walked in, swearing all over the place. They replaced his cracked screen that they had just fixed a few hours ago, with no charge. Only because he was throwing f-words all over the place. Me, being a woman, I get told come next time to get a screen for a phone that already has one that works perfectly, when I ask that they compensate me for my time because I am quiet and did not get dramatic in the store. Terrible customer service that takes advantage of reserved customers! Clearly they prefer the loud and noisy ones! I wasn't even happy with the end product after waiting so long. Don't waste your time and money going there unless you plan to throw f-words around!!!
