Worst service

I had a bad experience I bought shoes about a week ago and I started wearing them today at church. The right foot has a factory fault, just after church I rushed to the store to ask for an exchange, same shoe.

I was assisted by Lufuno and the store Manager who both said they cannot exchange without Area Manager authorization and I left the store without a Shoe. I went as far as making Lufuno feel the right shoe that it has a factory fault.

My time, and petrol that I used that went to waste. The service there is bad. I am not happy at all I am so inconvenienced. They told me the Area Manager is not answering probably there's loadshedding what kind of service is that really???
