Worst service

Good day. I made a wrong order to Andile and decided to change the order from 9 piece to a family treat, Andile and her friend Mmabatho made me wait and they kept on talking about me and the Supervisor came after 15 - 20 minutes of waiting with no response. Thanks to Linda who was patient with me keep up the good work. I love KFC but sometimes their customer service is wack and they kept on telling me they are busy with it at the office yet there is no Manager that came to me and spoke about it.
