Wet toilet roll

<p>Hi as I'm busy taking out the finished toilet roll to use the other one. It seemed as though it fell in water and then placed there to dry up. I even took a photo of it. Am I suppose to call upon my next door neighbor who is helping themselves in the other cubicle or do I gracefully model out with my pants down to go get a decent toilet roll from the other cubicle??? I am at awe and disappointed!!!!</p>
