Violation of the Tobacco Products Control Act

Insufficient effort has been taken to prevent smokers from using the entrance of the mall as a smoking area. Routinely individuals, including staff members of Dimi's and Panarotties use the area for smoking.<br> <br> Security guards ( the very limited number employed post the adoption of paid-for parking) are not willing to reprimand smokers at the malls main food court entrance.<br> <br> The pavement is littered with cigarette buds, while people continue to smoke under the \no smoking"signs and along the corridor to the undercover parking"
