Useless parking pay system

It it unbelievable how difficult is to pay for parking. Cash or card is a huge struggle. The support staff are even worse. the same R10 note goes 5 to 6x before its get taken. You pay with your card , pin and all yet it fails to register. This has been going on for some time now.
