Those darn escalator steps that never work

I love going there. They have the shops we need, are close enough, always clean. The one and only thing is those escalators. I am not sure WHO is in charge of maintenance but that person(s) as well as their sub-contractors need some serious reviews!! There is constantly a escalator or 4 out of service there. Power failures, I have all the compassion and understanding you deserve but really, can no one check why they not running or make an attempt to start them up or fix it for good? There are far worse centers that you wonder why theirs are working 24/7/365 and Cresta always suck at it? I put them up on Google as well but it seems the people that have to be informed just are not computer literate enough. Such pity.
