So hot in Centre and stuffy

I was at Cresta Centre today, it was so hot and stuffy, even the restaurant I visit regularly had flies as air cons are not working. I reported this a week ago, the General Manager Virginia Bester who I spoke to a week ago, she said, Mandla Dlamini would look into this, obviously this has not been seen to. It is as if shoppers are just ignored at Cresta as the air con issue is simply not been not sorted out for over two years now. I even complained at Woolworths as so hot inside. On my way out after paying for parking, someone was working on the boom gate and the boom would not open, so they were about to say have you paid for the parking, I said yes. The staff so so disinterested in shoppers at your mall, your security staff and centre staff are so moody. I will not be back to Cresta again, obviously the owners of the mall - Pareto dont care whats happening in their centre.
