Poor customer service.

Currently at Game store in Cresta Shopping Center.

Came to return an Air Fryer, Tevo staff were rude. We felt like we were irritating them by asking for service. The lady who assisted us raised her voice and walked away as we were talking to her. Kagiso Mashwe is the Tevo manager who assisted us. The lady's name is Olwethu.

I would like to get feedback on the matter.
