Parking ticket *******

I go to pay my parking ticket at cresta and the new parking says from 0-1 hour free! I was in the shop for less than 45mins go to pay my ticket and they charged me for over an hour. I went and complained for the guy to tell me well life is not fair. I was so angry so had to pay for a full hour. I will never go to Cresta again I would rather to the Clearwater mall where they don't rip you off! Everyone please check your tickets. I even took a photo of the ticket which states I was there for 41 mins
