Parking Fee Ripp Off

I am absolutely disgusted with Cresta Shopping Centre's sudden implementation of parking fees for the (previously free) outside parking. This is just another way to slime more money out of their loyal customers. Why should customers be loyal if Cresta Shopping Centre isn't loyal to them?! The greedy owners get exorbitant amounts of money for leasing of shop space AND the shoppers have to pay to shop there!! This is outrageous! We are in a terrible economic downturn where the man on the street will bear the brunt of higher prices and Cresta Shopping Centre's response to this is to squeeze even MORE money out of us AND leave car guards UNEMPLOYED! This behaviour is regrettable and ruthless. I shall avoid shopping there in the future and I really hope that their loyal clientele will find an alternative (less of a *******) place to do their shopping.
