Good day THIS IS FOR LOVISA JEWELLERY IN CRESTA I had a friend who came in to your store on the Thursday to do a piercing on the nose , 1st the piercing wasn’t done properly and it came off before she even got in the house , 2nd she was not given an option to choose a proper piercing wrong because 1st timers it’s advisable to get a hook earring but none of that was done , her nose started swelling up there after and yesterday on Friday she went back to the store for a refund she paid R350 and the same lady who did the piercing on her told her she can’t do that because she doesn’t have a receipt that proves that she did the piercing there , that’s very unprofessional of her because the proof was there on her phone and bank statement but she said she wants a slip otherwise there is nothing she can assist with , I’m a huge fan of Lovisa but with the attitude of the stuff by cresta I doubt we will be back, attached is the low quality work done by you to my friend which is very embarrassing and question is why can’t you give her back her money because you didn’t do what she asked for.
