Gruesome treatment!

I received the most gruesome, rude, disrespectful, and hateful treatment by the Crest Shopping Center cleaning services on October 7. The woman who unprovoked verbally attacked me after washing my hands in the restrooms close to the cinema, lashed out at me for the water droplets that naturally fall to the floor before you wipe your hands, she went as far as telling me straight up that I was doing it on purpose and that the blood on the floor was hers. I was surprised by where this came from because I never purposely make people's lives miserable. When I confronted her, she refused to tell me her name. I called the center to ask that she be addressed and they said they would call me the following day, to this day i have received no correspondence. They pleaded with me in the interim to be be understanding because she has her own life frustrations. I became even angrier at this condescending statement from the management because condescending statement since, if I were a white person the cleaning lady would never have dared to approach me. 2. management would have resolved it right away! 3 I work in a high volume, fast paced and tough customer service environment dealing with unhappy clients on a regular basis, whilst taking care of a parent with Alzheimer's disease on a daily basis with little assistance, yet I make sure that none of my clients are aware of my troubles.my point is we all have frustrations! I was unjustly treated without provocation on my leave day, and I'm disgusted about it!
