False advertising

I went to Cresta for 20 minutes and went to the parking upstairs were there is no roof. There ticket dispenser in the \covered parking\" section indicated that the first hour is free for parking. When attempting to exit I was informed that money was owed. I phoned on the machine and was told that there is a fee for covered parking and there was a sign that indicated that the zone I was in was covered parking. Upon exiting I looked for a sign but there was none to be found. If my car is hot due to the sun baking on it does it count as covered parking? In the end I tried to pay and the machines were unable to accept my card for they were broken. Please fix your signage for covered parking and on the ticket issuing machines! They are not misleading , they are false!"
