Failure to ensure customer safety and comfort

Today (02/02/2015) my fiancee and I visited Cresta shopping centre for some lunch. However, instead of a relaxing time, we left more stressed than when we arrived. While waiting to order form a popular takeaway/restaurant, we notice 3 blatantly drunk men staggering through the centre. Then while we were eating (our table was situated along the walkway), A sickly looking woman asked us to buy stickers. This woman had marks along her arms, thick saliva, dark rings under her eyes and was slurring her word, all signs of drug use. It is also not the only time I have seen her walking around.<br> <br> My concern is, if Cresta security (of which there is a noticeable amount) cannot identify these obvious signs, how can they identify real threats to customer safely. Unless it is just not a priority.<br> <br>
