embarrassed by security

I am a very unhappy the way the security guard handle things yesterday, threatening me to call police to something I didn't know off , the was a woman who said was ****** at jet and I told them I haven't been to jet I was only at checkers but security was very rude and don't know how to talk to people he should get manners how to approach and talk to people. He mustnt assume that every one is at the mall to mug people.
