Disappointed in Cresta_A|_s new money making scheme!

While shopping at Cresta on Saturday we noticed that most of the outside parking lots were now paid parking. They had been fitted with flimsy looking booms and Cresta promised 'safe and secure parking' as if they were doing us a favour. I'm sure although their advertising campaign of the paid parking offers 'safe and secure parking', that they take no responsibility for any loss or damage to the cars. All the car guards/car park assistants are gone and no one is helping those people who can't actually park to get in and out without bumping all the other cars. This may even result in a less safe parking with more bumps and scratches. We were already annoyed that they had started charging for parking, but when it came time to leave we realised that the new machines did not even take cards, which is frustrating in this day and age where cashless is the way to go. So then we had to brave the ATM queues and the bank charges just to pay for the once free outside parking. Disappointed in Cresta's new money making scheme!
