DECEIT AND *****ULENT CHARGES AT CRESTA SHOPPING CENTRE PARKING

I have been going to Cresta Mall for decades because it is close to my home. On Saturday, the 3rd of May 2025, I went to buy something at the Dischem. When I got to the ticket machine, I slotted in my ticket and I was shocked that I was charged R8. Usually, 0-1Hr is free parking. I had spent barely 40 minutes. So I called the management, and questioned this. I demanded that this charge be rectified. I pointed out that the information on the machine still states that 0-1Hr was free. The Lady stated that they have changed their pricing and there is no more free parking in Cresta Shopping Centre. While I was there, an old lady came to the machine, put in her ticket and was charged R10 , as I watched, she was swearing but she paid, but before her card could come out, she was again charged extra 4 Rands. She then called the management and swore at them and demanded that her card be ejected. I decided that I will no longer visit Cresta Shopping Centre because this is ***** and ********. How could they place on notice that 0-1 hr is free for outside parking and yet exploit shoppers this way? Shame on you, Cresta Shopping management. You will lose in this deception. I have kept my ticket receipt in event that this post is challenged.
