David versus Goliath

On the 3rd of December 2016 at around fifteen hundred hours, I was driving in the Cresta Mall Shopping centre parking area, Randburg, in Johannesburg. At that time, a Game shopping trolley rolled out of a trolley bay (Please see exhibit 1 attached) and bumped my car on the front left side (Please see exhibit 2). The trolley rolled out because the trolley bay is located on the uphill side of the driveway. My car was damaged because of a trolley bay that is poorly designed. I have been making frantic efforts since then to seek recourse, hence the title of this compalin. Its unfortunate and disgusting that businesses have fortified their establishments against such claims made by us the poor and vulnerable consumers.
