Cresta kids town workers are absolutely rude!

I had a terrible experience 08/06/2024. Took my little boy to cresta town to play. He walked in, and we didn't hear what the lady said. So he was about to go and play and the lady working there goes on to scream, "Take your shoes off." Obviously, if we heard this the first time, he would have taken his shoes off. She didn't have the right to scream at a little child. When I told her to speak nicely and not scream, she had an attitude and said she didn't scream and then went on talking to the other lady about me and rolling her eyes and giving me dirty looks as I went down the escalator. Honestly, when it comes to working with kids, perhaps hire people who actually like kids and don't have an attitude. Safe to say, I will never take my child there agaian, and I will definitely advise people to do the same. It is supposed to be fun for the kids.. we don't need any negativity when all your kid wants to do is play.
