Cresta a disgrace for disabled and elderly

I'm so upset and dissapointed at Cresta Shopping Centre... You can now only park in disabled parking spots if you have a wheelchair! What about disabled people with crutches or walkers?? Or prosthetics under their clothes that you can't see... Disabled stickers mean nothing apparently
