bad service refuse credit

I purchase a phone after asking the staff at Pick and Pay Cresta - what is a good cheap fast reliable phone on 28/4/2025- the phone is so slow, uber is waiting for me while i still wait for them to except me on my phone - this is not on. I return it on the 1/5/2025, 2 days later- no help no assistance- well i have no money laying around- while i trying a hour to uber back struggling with this slow device i was forse to go to game open a account and buy a new one - i phone complaints today - they say they cant help me the store must help- I am very unhappy - i would like my money back and they can have the phone back.
