Bad Service

I went to KFC in Cresta Mall to buy myself lunch,the cashier served me well, only to get to the part where I have to collect my order I was given so much attitude by an employee named ANDILE, I confronted her about it and she was not even bothered and did not even apologise for her bad service towards me.
