Worst Panel Beater in SA

30 Jan 2017 Accept quote by Cresta Motorlab of R6558.83 and take in car to be repaired, promised our car will be ready in 6 working days. 14 Feb 2017 Car returned unrepaired and told we must wait for parts, we discover that the armrest inside the car is now broken by Cresta Motorlab. 21 Feb 2017 Call Patrick Mosiane of Cresta Motorlab to find out where the parts are. Patrick informs us that he has sourced all the new parts including a new armrest but is waiting on supplier. 27 Feb 2017 Call Patrick again to ask why we are still waiting. So far not once has he called to inform us we are always following up. We now discover that the raadio is also now broken and inform Cresta Motorlab. 28 Feb 2017 Cresta Motorlab says they now have all the parts and we can book our car back in on 6 Mar 2017. Send a new quote of R7287.59 which we tell them is unacceptable as we already accepted the original quote and then they also have messed us around and the car is in worse condition than when we gave it to them. 2 Mar 2017 Patrick at Cresta Motorlab says he'll look over the 2 quotes and get back to us. 6 Mar 2017 Book our car in again and are promised it will be ready by 10 Mar 2017. 16 Mar 2017 query what the ETA on the car will be. 15 Mar 2017 Call again to find out ETA, Patrick says they were unhappy with the armrest and are trying to source another one. 22 Mar 2017 Called to ge ETA, Cresta Motorlab say still no armrest. 30 Mar 2014 call to find out ETA promised a return call, no one responds. We are still awaiting info or response on our car, we are currently having problems with my wife taking time off work to pick me up and take me to jobs and then having to pick me up again and until school broke up more time was needed off work for her for our childs needs. This is total unacceptable behaviour as far as I'm concerned and we need our car back and repaired properly.
