Too busy to do do business

On 30 July I went in for a quote for damages to my vehicle as a result of an accident. Car was assessed and the assessor promised to send quote the next day, being a Friday. I called reception on the following Tuesday and gave the assessors name, my car details and contact details. To date I am yet to receive a quote and the car has subsequently been repaired by a competing panel beater....R30 000 damage all paid and settled by insurance company.<br>
