Pathetic service and commitement

I gave my car into Cresta MotorLab, and was told that I would get my car in 8 working days. More than double that time had passed before my car was ready. when I collected my car, my lights werent working, so they had to quickly fix it. So much for testing your wormanship. Then I saw that my headlight protector was cracked. I was told it would be ordered and I would get it in 2 days. This was on the 20th June. Its now the 6th July, and I am still waiting. Trevor's standard response is \it will be here tomorrow". But he never calls you back. I have left countless messages"
