Poor Customer Service

<p>I handed my Tag Heuer watch in with the perfect packaging to have the battery replaced. When I returned the afternoon to collect my watch the agent handed my watch back in old damashed packaging. I am so dissappointed in their customer service. When I return to explain, I am told they can't do anything about it. I am in need of engagement and wedding rings and guess what....I will never be using Cresta Jewellers in the Cresta Shopping Centre ever again!</p>
