Do not take your jewelry near these people!!

I requested a battery replacement and waterproofing on my TAG Hauer Aquaracer, and did not request that any additional work be done on the piece. Upon collection, the piece had been polished to the point that nearly all the enamel on the bezel had been removed. When questioned, they simply rep**** that the enamel wears with time. (This was certainly not the condition of the watch when delivered for the service) Subsequently, without saying a word, they disappeared with the watch and reappeared 10 minutes later with the watch covered in ceramic paint and very poorly app**** to a few of the affected areas. Again, not a word spoken. These people are unprofessional, rude and will damage your expensive goods. STAY AWAY!
