Bad Attitude and Poor Customer Service

So I purchased a tanzanite ring for my wifes birthday. This was on a Saturday. My wife preferred another gift and on Monday I called to return the gift. The manager refused and said he would need to speak with the owner who was away. I left the ring and did not receive any communication from them. We returned there 2 weeks later and decided to exchange the ring. The sales lady who assisted was very friendly and helpful. The ring was over R1000 cheaper and needed some adjustment. The sales lady said they will inform us when the ring was ready. Almost 2 weeks later we were notified that the ring was ready. On collection the manager refused to refund the difference on the price of the ring and was absolutely rude and arrogant. He has no regard for customers and has a don't care attitude. We will never support or purchase from this store.
