Cresta Car Centre, they sell through lies. They are bunch of ********s, they sold me Polo Vivo life 2024 at R211000, last year July and they **** about it being demo car that was being sold with no defects. From day 1 we experienced 1 problem after another and when it happens the owner named Dash will promise you lies that will never materialize. Donavan is the salesperson, when you keep on making a follow up since they promise to get back to you and never do. This is just bunch of ****mers. I can tell you now that they will promise you that they will get to the root of the problem, but they will never honour the promise. I regret the day I've crossed path with these ********s, who sell cars that were involved in the accident that they never disclose. Dash, you are an evil man, you don't have a heart, ****ming people of their hard-earned money... I purchased a car that I was told that it was a demo with low millage, as we were leaving, we realized that there was a problem with the safety belts, of which they do work after some driving. While on the way home the tire faulty light came on, just few days down the line water sign popped, I reported the issues, they took the car in and serviced the radiator only. After some few days I started noticing that the Disks are worn-out together with the brake pads, we were told that the car has a service plan, we just have to take it to any VW dealer for service such to find that at VW they don't have such a record, there is no service book that they promise to give it to me and there is no spare key that they promise to hand over in a week's time and never did. In all that I kept on making follow-ups that never materialized. I started the follow-up on the 30 July 2025 to 23 December 2025 without any success.
