Rude. Unpleasant service.

I have not even used this company yet but the interaction I've had online with Brian leaves a metallic taste in my mouth. No regard for what quality customer service is. Unable to clear up a misunderstanding but instead uses a degrading tone and infers incompetence. Very rude.
