Terrible experience with Cresol Construction

Terrible experience with Cresol Creative Solutions and Mr Pardon Mutseekwa Please be very careful with Cresol Creative Solutions and Mr Pardon Mutseekwa. I made the mistake to hire them to re seal my kitchen floor. My landlord had used him/them on several occasions so I thought it was a safe and good idea to use them again. I paid for their services in full in April 2022, they started working on it in May 2022. Made quite a mess, I must say and the problem is worse now then before. Since then I am waiting for them to return and finish the job. Initially I received at least a message that they could not fit me in and I would be the first job in Johannesburg as soon as they are finished a huge job in Bloemfontein. Finally I received a date for 8 November 2022. Needless to say nobody arrived and I cannot reach anyone since then. all lines of communication go unanswered.
