Exploitation of the marginalised for financial gain at the expense of my child’s mental

What a horror, they want to pocket from my hard earned money at the expense of my child’s mental health.

My child is being held financially hostage to remain in toxic life situations for their own personal financial gain.

Their promises are empty without real solutions. When you voice your experience, you get punished and victimised.

I am trying to get my daughter out of an unhealthy living situation which is leading to her mental ill-health due to the living arrangements with a house mate, enrolled by thrive student living and a life of high noise pollution by in living students.

I am self employed mother, who is trying her outmost best to provide a better outcome in life for her first year student. I had entrusted my child into Crescent Studios- thrivestudentliving in good faith, with the hope of thinking it’s a safe environment for her to thrive and succeed as a first year student. I have raised my concerns with Mbalenhle Twala however, they refuse to fairly interveen.

But I found no joy or consideration to my reasons for having to rescue my child out of a potentially fatal situation. Instead of assisting I am being ******ed of R25 000 payable immediately without an alternative to another repayment plan . For a situation that could be resolved amicably with lessor harsher repayment terms. Seeing that I have to relocate my daughter and pay another deposit as well as a first month’s rent and get her furniture for that place.

What kind of injustice is this?
