UNPROFESSIONAL BNB

I booked for one of my colleagues online and payed with a business card on the above mentioned BNB for a one night. When arrived on the gate it took the guy forever to open when we buzzed. We then called the number written outside which there was no answer. We then hooted then the gate opened and we were assisted by an african guy outside the window. Asking us if we had booked and many more question on the windonw. no professionalism at all There was a dog in the yard which is not mentioned whe we making the booking, which kept on sniffing on us closely.If we knew there were pats i would not have booked the place The guy decided later to open for us, he was not wearing a mask, no sanitizer available . The guy was unwelcoming, unfriendly, can bearly speak simple english just o expalin the simple procedure.

I had to leave and find another place in the evening and they welcome us professional and warmly.

The owner of the BNB needs to pull up his socks as I definitely do not recomend his place at all Also the prices given to us online when you get there, they tell you different prices whcih is they are robbing us
