Disappointed and disatisfied

I am writting to express my dissatisfaction of the place I booked in November fir my family December holiday (19/12/2021). I booked an accommodation for a self catering place but when I arrived with my family I discovered there were some hidden rules which were not disclosed on Booking.com. 1. To use a kettle islts R25 a day 2. To use an iron it's R50 an hour 3. To use the stove it's R75 a day 4. To get pots you pay R75. The place has croackroaches, Lizzards, things flying insides, creeping insects and it's smelling. There are no towels and the bathroom window is broken, bedroom doors don't close which means there is no privacy and the place smelling.
