Unsatisfactory Service

I purchased a car from the dealership in September, within the first month of purchase, the car started giving me trouble. It was sent in multiple times for repairs but came back with the same fault every single time (a gearbox malfunction). The dealership refuses to provide any solid solution and ignores any emails or messages sent regarding what action is going to be taken regarding fixing the problem. The service rendered is absolutely terrible, I don't recommend anyone purchasing a vehicle from this dealership
