Do not buy second hand cars from Crescent Car in Pietermaritsburg

In May 2018 I bought a second hand car from Crescent Motors in Pietermaritsburg and it is financed with Standard Bank.

The car gave me a problem on the first week of purchase and after signing the contract with the dealership and the bank.

I immediately advised the dealer that the car is giving me technical issues- they tried to fix it themselves and never gave me update what was wrong with the car.I took it, 3 months down the line the turbo of the car failed and when I took it to the mechanic -he advised that it needed to be replaced.I paid R10 000 from my own pocket trying to replace the turbo and I informed the dealer again -I was asking them to take back the car and atleast give me another car as I noticed it is giving me problem I am losing money worse I am still paying installment for it. I also advised the bank which indicated that this is not their matter I should communicate with the dealer.

In November after the turbo was replaced, the car started losing power and smoking from the engine-now it damaged the entire engine I have spent more than R20 000 trying to fix it up until now paying installment and trying to fix this car the dealer are refusing to assist me or take the car back.

I need your assistance.The car is Hyundai H1 2012 model. I will appreciate your assistance
