AVOID CREMORNE CARAVAN PARK IN PORT ST JOHNS

On the 19th of November I booked a stay at the Cremorne Caravan Park in Port St. Johns for the 27th December. Just a few days later I was notified that the show we had booked to perform in PsJ was cancelled. I immediately informed Cremorne and requested a refund. Five emails and several phone calls later, we are now in March and there is zero sign of any willingness to pay back my deposit. The first round of excuses was that the folks who did the finances were away on leave. Then it was because there was a new financial manager. Then the new financial manager assured me of his attention and willingness to sort out the refund. No such luck. Every time he said he would phone me back to confirm he has not returned the call. Integrity seems to be at an all time low at this Park so my advice is avoid it.
